- Research and analyze business practices and procedures of existing client
- Willing to study business functions, gather information, and evaluating output requirements.
- Able to produce design documents by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and studying system capabilities.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- The ability to create clear and concise documentation.
