HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve the existing Human Capital System. HR consultants work to ensure that the company is effectively using its personnel to achieve its stated goals, while also ensuring the workforce is operating at a high level of productivity and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Research and analyze business practices and procedures of existing client
  • Willing to study business functions, gather information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Able to produce design documents by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and studying system capabilities.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • The ability to create clear and concise documentation.
